Why waste time trying to reproduce a part by manually measuring and hoping for the best. At Industrial Materials Processing (Laser and Press) we’ve taken the hard work out of reproduction of your flat parts with our state of the art equipment.

The imaging machines primary purpose is to automatically measure the dimensional accuracy of flat opaque materials such as
sheet metal, paper, wood, polymers, cloth, cork, etc.

The measurements obtained by the machine can be used to compare the dimensions accuracy with a drawing or to create a CAD drawing for a component where no drawing exists (reverse engineering). This CAD file can then be converted into a cuttable part.

Additionally the system can be used to convert pictures, CAD drawings or hand drawings into a digital DXF file which can then be accurately cut on our laser.
